The Legend of Fitness Attack:

The Fitness Attack Podcast is your gateway to becoming healthy and staying fit. Served up in 60 second doses, the host, Certified Personal Trainer Amy McIntyre (aka Amy Mac), brings years of knowledge and experience to this short format show. Amy does extensive topic research, providing links to relevant sources in her show notes for each episode in order to bring the most up to date information to her audience. Leaving no topic behind, Amy covers many topics. From dieting tips, little known health facts about previously discouraged food items, product and gear reviews, honest reviews of food, technology, personal health, urban fitness myths and much more. User questions are always accepted and researched and often make it into the show.

Amy is also the host of Adam Curry's Assercize workout producing one show a week. Just What ADD People Need!
Having a short attention span is a gift and a curse. I get a lot of work done because I can focus intensely on one quick topic, but once its done, I do not return to it.

What makes fitness attack so awesome is that in only a 60 second attention span length, I can learn something that I can easily carry along with me without being distracted with other topics in the show. (each show only covers one quick topic)

Finally, the Flashback Fridays Amy produces are great too. They bring up topics that she talked about in episodes from a long time ago and reminds us of why they are so important. Great work Amy Mac!
